Adidas Duramo Fitness Shoe

I have used the same old shoes to walk on my treadmill for years! It's definitely time for an upgrade. I just bought the Adidas Duramo 10 trainers and it's like when Goldilocks found the bed... these people are right!

When it comes to running shoes, I look for something that hugs my feet, is light, has enough support, and provides enough support because my feet are weak.

These shoes met all my criteria and more! They definitely feel more supportive than other brands I've tried when I bought them. But I don't even need to break them. I walked 3 miles on my bike with them on my bike the first day I wore them with no problems, and my legs didn't get tired. I found that I could wear them on and off without having to adjust the laces which was great.

In terms of size, I found Adidas to run big. I usually wear 8.5-9 shoes, but I usually use running shoes that measure up to 9.5. With these beauties, the 8.5 suits me well. I could also wear a size 9 but I couldn't try that size on because it was out of stock. I found these to be narrow on my feet where the straps are. It's not a problem for me because my feet are a little narrow, but if you have wider feet I would definitely order them wider.

If you are looking for a great new running shoe with lots of support, I recommend the Adidas Duramo 10. They made my three mile walk much more enjoyable and I look forward to my walk even more now. They are so cute as sports dress shoes that I am tempted to buy another pair for that. They are available for men, women and children in different colors. I bought the black and white shown but would love to add more colors to my sneaker collection. I paid about $90 before tax and I think that's a reasonable price considering the fit, comfort and quality.
